Hi, I'm Jackie!

 I am an illustrator and designer based in Connecticut. I graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2024 with degrees in both Art and Mathematics, a combination that allowed me to appreciate and embrace the balance between creativity and precision.

I have been drawing since I was able to hold a pencil, and love to create art that chases the tiny moments that make life feel warm. In a world that is fast paced and often filled with negativity, I strive to create illustrations that highlight the joy in simply existing, and remind us that we are never too old or too adult to allow our imaginations to run wild...

In February 2026, my mom (Betsy Barry) and I teamed together to open up our first store front, Pencil & Wool. Located on Main Street in Essex, CT our store offers art, handmade gifts, thoughtfully chosen materials, and a wide range of creative events!
